Ingredients:-
3 tbsp. Rava
3 cups Milk
¼ tsp. Cardamom powder
2 tbsp. Cashew nuts + more for garnish
1 tbsp. Raisins
4 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Ghee
Method:-
1. Heat the ghee in a pan and then add the cashew nuts. Saute for a minute on a low flame.
2. Add sooji and saute until fragrant, for about 3 - 4 minutes on a low flame.
3. Add the milk and mix well.
4. Now, add sugar and mix.
5. Bring the mixture to the boil and then let it simmer for a few minutes until the kheer thickens.
6. Finally, add the cardamom powder and raisins.
7. Stir it all together and remove from heat.
8. Serve it warm or chilled. Garnish with a few chopped cashew nuts.
Delicious Rava Kheer is ready to eat!
