Warm up:
Pair 1:
Squats with arm lift (30s), Break (10s), Inchworm + twist jump (30s), Break (20s)
Pair 2:
Backwards lunge knee drive (15s each leg), Break (10s), side crab push up (30s), Break (20s)
Pair 3:
Chest to floor back to floor (30s), Break (10s), boat hold (30s)
3 rounds of 5 minutes, 40 second break after each round.
