Olympic diver Leon Taylor is putting the nation through its paces with a 12 minute core workout. Get involved and train with an Olympian!

Exercises: (alternative versions in brackets)
1) tuck kick outs (crunch)
2) plank up and down ( plank hold move feet in and out)
3) pike ups (alternate leg pike ups)
4) plank knee to tricep (plank life hold one foot then other)
5) dish hold with leg kick

2 minutes of each exercise: 20 seconds of exercise/10 seconds rest. 4 repetitions.

30 seconds rest between each exercise.
