Soyabeen Burji is very delicious recipe. Soya chunks are made from soyabeans, soya chunks have only a negligible amount of fat. Soya protein in general is rich in B vitamins & Omega -3 fatty acids
which are thought to benefit many aspects of health.

Let's see the materials needed for soyabean burjee
1) A big finely chopped onion
2) Finely chopped tomatoes
3) Garlic
4) Finely chopped Coriander
5) KadiPatta
6) Two finely chopped green chilies
7) Cumin seeds
8) Turmeric Powder
9) Garam Masala
10) Cumin Powder and Salt

Steps:
1) Take soybean khima, Boil Soybeans in hot water
2) Then crumble it in mixer. (Readymade soybeans crumble is also available in market, you can use it instead)
3) Now you add one and half spoon of oil in a pan
4) And add onion in it
5) Stir onion till it gets full red
6) Add Garlic
7) Stir it well
8) Add Kadipatta and cumin seeds
9) Stir it again
10) Now add green chilli in it and stir it well
11) Add coriander
12) Add Half a spoon turmeric
13) Add Half spoon cumin powder
14) Add half a spoon of garam masala
15) Add Tomatoes in it and stir them well
16) Add soya bean khima in it
17) Add salt to taste and Stir it well
18) Add half a glass of water to cook it
19) Add Maggi masala for delitious and tasty Soybean Bhurji
20) Cover it and cook it for ten to fifteen minutes (Cook it on low flame)
21) Soya bean Bhurjee is ready for you
