Ingredients:-
3 - 4 tbsp Oil
3 Onions, finely chopped
300 gms Kantoli, chopped
5-6 Green Chillies, slit
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1/2 Coconut, grated
1 cup Coriander, chopped
Method:-
Heat oil in a vessel, saute the onions till they turn golden brown.
Add green chillies, kantoli and fry them.
Add turmeric, salt and stir fry them. Splash some water, close the lid and let it cook on medium flame.
Stir the vegetable so that it doesn't get stuck at the bottom.
Cook it for more 5 minutes and add some lemon juice.
Add coconut, coriander, close the lid and let it cook for 2 minutes on steam.
