Ingredients for Murabba:
600 grams - Rajapuri Raw Mango (Chopped)
2 cups water
Chachni
Soaked kesar
Ingredients for Chachni:
1-1/4 - water
600 grams - sugar
1 cup - milk
1 tbsp - cardamom powder
Method of preparation:
Boil the chopped mangoes in a bowl for 5 minutes.
Drain the water out from the mangoes.
Once the chachni is ready, add the boiled mangoes and cook it for 5 minutes on high flame.
Add the soaked kesar and almonds to the murabba.
Our Mango Murabba is ready and it's time to take it out in a jar.
Method for Chachni:
In a vessel containing water add sugar and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add milk to the sugar syrup, and throw out the layer formed at the top.
