Learn how to make Chicken Pickle at home by Chef Seema Gadh only on Swaad Anusaar.

Ingredients:
11/2 cup Mustard Oil
100 grams Ginger grated
100 grams Garlic grated
1/2 kg or 500 grams boneless chicken
Salt to taste
Red Chilli powder to taste
1/2 cup Vinegar

Method of preparation:
In a wok add oil, bring it to smoking point, then switch off the gas and let it cool.
Heat the oil again and add ginger paste, garlic paste and saute it for 10-15 mins so that the rawness goes away.
Add the chicken to the mixture and fry till the chicken is done.
Add salt, red chili powder, vinegar and let it cook for 10 -15 minutes.
Our Chicken ka Achaar is ready.
