Ingredients:
For Muthia
1 cup Gram flour
1/2 cup Rice (Leftover)
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Coriander leaves
Water as required
Oil to grease your hand

For Curry:
1 cup Curd
1 tbsp Gram flour
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
Green Chillies, chopped
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
6-7 Curry leaves
3-4 cup Water

For Tempering:
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder

Method of preparation:
For Muthia
In a bowl add gram flour, rice, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves, mix well.
Add water as required and mix well.
Take some oil in your hand and make small balls of it.

For Curry:
In a bowl add curd, gram flour, red chilli powder, green chillies, turmeric powder, salt, curry leaves, mix well.
Add water and mix well. Switch on the gas and pour the mixture into the vessel on the gas.
Let it cook for sometime and add muthia and cook it again for 3-4 minutes.

For Tempering:
Heat oil in a vessel, add mustard seeds, red chilli powder an pour it to the Rasia Muthia.
Our Rasia Muthia is ready to serve.
