Learn how to make Gud Papdi or Gur Papri at home with Chef Toral Rindani on Swaad Anusaar.

Gud Papdi is a famous gujarati sweet recipe made during winters. This sweet recipe can be made using only 3 ingredients. Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.

Ingredients:
5 tbsp Ghee
1 cup Wheat Flour
1 cup Jaggery

Method of preparation:
Heat ghee in a vessel, add wheat flour and roast it on low flame.
Add some more ghee, mix well and cook until it turns brown.
Switch off the flame, add jaggery and mix well.
Grease the tray with ghee, transfer the wheat mixture to the tray, cut it into pieces and let it set for 1/2 an hour.
Our God Papdi or Gur Papdi is ready.
