5x139lb, 5x230lb, 2x2x320lb
I put my StrengthTech collars on first so I could use a much wider stance. I am trying to stretch out my groin more for Side Splits. Keep the hips as low as possible though they WILL be higher on the 1st rep and you can sit down more one the following reps: ALWAYS SIT THE WAIT DOWN, DON'T LEAN OVER!! Push the knees out and away as you push the feet through the floor to begin the lift. There's no such thing as TOO MUCH leg drive!! Remove as much back involvement(hips coming up) as possible. YES, you will feel weaker in this position, let it do its job and you will get stronger. Don't do a lift wrong just to add more weight: that's going BACKWARDS!! God Bless!!
