Kelly Snatches 45lb,70lb,92lb

This was from 1/13/20. The same workout as Hub Lifting the BILLARD 45s with 20lb of chain and also Hub Curling one of those plates as well.
Sometimes I grip the bar Underhand and other times such as tonight, Overhand. Needing some extra help reseating the Long Head of the Biceps where it crosses over the shoulder joint tonight so Kelly Snatches to the rescue!! You'll see 5X45lb, 3X70lb and 2X91lb.
These also get my elbows realigned. It's just like getting an adjustment: you just don't realize how 'out' a joint is until ITS PUT BACK IN! Yeah, you can still function but, you ain't at 100%: sometimes WAY LESS than 100%!! Basically, grip the bar from behind and flick it up and over the hips to arms length finishing with legs locked straight for a beautiful Hamstring stretch.... Good Luck & God Bless!!
