Used a couple of homemade 50lb steel plates on each leg. Believe it or not, l AM bottomed out!! I would have to lose mass in my Hips, Thighs & Calves to get the knees closer to the floor yet, the joint angles would be the same so it's really irrelevant right?? I am using a 50lb Scale Weight to keep my feet from sneaking forward. Hope this helps!! God Bless!!
