After Overhead Squats with a 2⅜" thick Axle, it's was time for Front Squats with the same. 190lb was difficult to hold in the Rack position as you can see in the first clip.🤪
So, WHY am l Front Squatting with a 60⅓mm Axle? To help open up the hands & wrists for the upcoming Jerks with a regular Olympic bar. It's some warm-up before the wind-up. Planning training out gets easier as you figure it out. Trust me, it's WORTH IT. God Bless!
