Councillors fear Sittingbourne can't cope with plan for 11,500 new homes

Plans for a massive garden community in Sittingbourne have come under fire from residents.

Quinn Estates wants to build more than 10,000 homes in the town, which could increase its population by more than a fifth

Although more schools, GPs and a new relief road are planned many say the area just can't cope.
