1. Plyo Press + Hand Clap - 10reps.
2. Backpack Tricep Dips - 20reps.
3. Backpack Front Raise - 20reps.
4. Backpack Bicep Curl - 20reps.
5. Backpack Pushups - 25reps.
6. Back Reverse Curls - 20reps.
7. Back Lateral Raise - 15reps.

Complete 5 Cycles
Minimal Rest between exercises ~ only about 15 seconds.
3 minutes rest between cycles
This backpack was about 15 lbs.
Use books, clothes, etc to add weight. Focus on high reps and muscle activation.
