Not how l wanted to finish the workout buuuuut, it seemed like the right thing to do. My asymmetry of movement between the arms finished better than it started. I have a potential new lift that might just fix it....STAY TUNED!!

Ironically, many think Behind the Neck Presses are shoulder destroyers but, many top Bench Presses such as Seno, Coan & Arcidi swore by them. Like ALL lifts if you're gonna lift stupid then yeah, you're probably going to get hurt. Who's got time for that?? God Bless!!
