3X2X130lb,3X141lb, 3X157.5lb,1X183lb, 1X206lb
Using Not Quite an Inch(NQI) Axle I was able to lift MUCH MORE than last times 164lb effort!! 19 more pounds with 183lb was impressive enough but, FORTY-TWO POUND PR?!?! Obviously, the day I could only get 164lb was a 'bad' day. I did NOT get 42lb stronger in a week.
I could much better feel the 'hit' on the grip at the bottom which IS the purpose of doing these with an Axle. I am overjoyed at how well these are going. I am so Blessed and hope YOU are as well!! Good Luck & God Bless!!
