KIMBERLY, 37, from New York, is a mum of 10 - and she's had 3 sets of natural twins. With the help of husband John, Kimberley is raising 10 children, 9 of which are biological and 1 is John's nephew who they are fostering. Having 10 children to look after and feed can be quite the challenge, Kim told Truly: "It is very hard to feed 10 people... It's actually 12 including me and John. We go through a loaf of bread a day, milk; we go through half a gallon a day. Our grocery bill... Wooo it's $4,000 a month! How do we do it? I have no idea!" Despite the loving environment that Kim and John have created for their large family, online trolls have flooded their social media with judgement. Kimberly said: "Not everything on social media is nice, comments like: 'Oh they're on public assistance, I know she gets a lot of food stamps, what does he see in you, he must be blind' ... And it hurts me." Despite the trolls and haters, Kimberley and John love their large family and believe the hate they receive only makes them stronger. They added: "We have 10 kids and who knows? Maybe we're done, maybe we're not!"
