(Adnkronos) - “Io sono convinto che i giovani sono una grande opportunità di rinnovamento delle aziende perché portano richieste, esigenze e valori nuovi. Le ultimi indagini dimostrano che un ragazzo che si approccia al mondo del lavoro oggi è molto di verso da quello di venti anni fa e per questo sono una grande opportunità. Le aziende devono comprendere l’importanza di questo fenomeno”. Così il Direttore Centrale delle Risorse Umane dell’Inps, Giuseppe Conte, a margine del suo intervento all’evento “Giovani e Futuro” organizzato dall’istituto nell’ambito del Forum PA che si sta tenendo a Roma presso il Palazzo dei Congressi.

01:12 Public administration has suffered for many years from the blockade of jobs.
01:16 This has meant that the average age has risen a lot.
01:19 So today there was a need to hire more and more new people
01:24 who would bring digital skills, who would bring a different relationship with technology,
01:29 who would bring a different relationship with a world that was changing.
01:33 We cannot close ourselves in our cities.
01:36 The outside world changes, the needs change.
01:38 So we must change too.
01:40 Young people certainly bring a new vision that must be integrated
01:45 with the experience of those who already work at the institute.
