00:00 I am going to make a carton of milk for a doll using recycled computer paper, a hole
00:21 punch, a toothpick, craft foam, cardboard, our printable labels, or pictures from newspaper
00:30 ads, and glue.
00:31 I begin by cutting a piece of cardboard that is the same width or slightly wider than my
00:36 label.
00:37 I am choosing to use labels that I created for this project, and they are available at
00:41 our blog, myfroggystuff.blogspot.com.
00:43 However, cutting pictures out of the newspaper is another option.
00:48 Once I have determined the size of my milk carton, I cut several more pieces of cardboard
00:52 the same size.
00:54 Stack and glue them together.
00:56 Cut a strip of recycled computer paper.
01:00 With the printed side facing up, I wrap the cardboard in the paper, trim off the excess,
01:07 crease the corners, then push the sides together to make the top of the carton.
01:15 Use glue to secure it in place, trim off the excess.
01:19 On the other end, trim down the paper if necessary so that end can be wrapped like a present.
01:29 Use glue to secure it in place, glue on the cut labels.
01:34 I can glue different labels around the carton to save space.
01:38 Punch holes in craft foam with a hole punch, then glue the craft foam onto the carton to
01:44 be a cap.
01:45 For a glass of milk, we use an idea from a previous video where we cut a straw, curl
01:51 a small piece of paper, and place it inside the straw.
01:56 And you're done.
01:57 Happy crafting!

03:41 What's up?
03:43 [music]
03:47 Alright now, what else do I need?
03:49 Oh yeah, a glass.
03:51 [music]
03:57 Wait a minute.
03:58 No!
03:59 We're out of milk!
04:02 Who can be so inconsiderate to put an empty carton of milk back in the refrigerator?
04:08 Can you remember what you had for breakfast this morning, Sophie?
04:12 Of course I can.
04:14 It was cereal.
04:15 Oh.
