Le Dr Bruno Sauteron est devenu médecin sur le tard. Si ce médecin généraliste de 47 ans n’a bouclé ses études qu’il y a dix ans seulement, c’est parce qu’il a d’abord eu une carrière d’infirmier en bloc opératoire. Après une mission humanitaire au Burundi, sa soif d’évolution professionnelle le pousse à repartir (quasiment) à zéro sur les bancs de la fac. Financement, mépris de classe, apprentissage… le médecin raconte son parcours du combattant dans un livre inspirant "Un petit médecin" (L'Harmattan).
