00:14 Of course, as we know, he's a hundred percent ready to go
00:16 and cleared to practice.
00:18 He says he has to knock off plenty of rust
00:21 and he was very excited to be back out there.
00:24 Here's Brock Montana.
00:25 - Obviously played in bigger stages
00:27 than a Thursday practice in July,
00:29 but being your first practice back today,
00:30 what was this morning like for you?
00:32 Did you have any nerves
00:33 and anything like that coming into today?
00:35 - Yeah, I was excited, you know,
00:36 to obviously end the year like we did last year,
00:39 it was heartbreaking and everything.
00:41 And so just, you know, go through surgery, rehab,
00:43 the off season, everything and missing OTAs.
00:46 And so just to be able to get out
00:48 and say a play to my teammates and break a huddle,
00:50 like for that, like to me,
00:51 I was so excited just thinking about that.
00:53 And so it was almost like last night was like Christmas,
00:55 you know, you're excited for the next day.
00:58 And so that's how it was for me this morning and everything.
01:00 And I was excited to get out there.
01:02 - I can't wait to see how long he's their quarterback
01:07 to see if he can go the belly to belly as the starter,
01:12 or if they're going to replace him,
01:14 if he struggles with Trey Lance,
01:17 who they literally knobbed for, you know,
01:21 a year and a half as the second coming of Jesus,
01:24 that he was going to be the greatest thing
01:26 since sliced bread.
01:27 And then Brock Purdy became Brock Montana.
01:32 And now suddenly Trey Lance doesn't matter anymore.
01:36 I am telling you, it's the gift that keeps on giving.
01:40 That story will change, I believe dramatically
01:43 over the next football season.
01:45 I just do not believe that it's going to be not look,
01:50 nothing but smooth sailing.
