00:11 Like this off season, he busted his butt.
00:13 He is down, he lost weight, he lost body fat.
00:17 He absolutely crushed the conditioning test,
00:20 like didn't break a sweat.
00:22 So he's focused, he cares, he wants to be really good.
00:27 Thought we had like more, like I don't know.
00:31 I thought, I was looking at the wide receivers
00:34 running portion of the workout, so I was doing theirs.
00:36 So, and then I came back
00:38 and then obviously we have different stuff.
00:40 It was like, I know they had to run maybe 200 yards
00:45 and maybe 20 some seconds or something like that.
00:48 They had to do like, I don't know if it was eight or nine
00:50 or something like that.
00:52 And we didn't end up doing that, so I don't know.
00:55 But I mean, I was trained for that.
00:58 I had like a chef and just did a meal plan and stuff.
01:01 Some stuff that you overlook,
01:03 maybe just 'cause you don't have the resources for it.
01:05 I mean, we have a good nutrition program in Tennessee,
01:07 you know what I mean?
01:08 But it's kind of different when you have a personal chef
01:11 and you kind of do your meals that way.
01:14 It's a little bit of adjustment as far as,
01:16 translating power still.
01:18 So I feel like I'm more powerful
01:21 'cause I was still, I didn't lose any muscle mass.
01:24 So yeah, you definitely feel a step quicker maybe.
