00:07 >> They was gonna see me regardless.
00:09 The contract don't change the contract.
00:11 I mean, contract gets changed to some people, but I'm not one of those.
00:14 I'm not moved by money or yeah, well now I just in this certain guy.
00:18 I know to me I've been that guy before the contract,
00:20 before the one of the highest paid.
00:22 But I mean, for me, I still got a lot to prove to myself.
00:25 And I mean, just goals continue to be set and you set new ones.
00:29 I mean, the money doesn't stop the hunger.
00:32 I don't know if you heard my opening speech or not, but I mean, my dad always,
00:35 he's talking about self motivation.
00:36 So I mean, things change.
00:38 I mean, I walk on the field, I mean, every time.
00:39 I mean, I used to think it was funny as a kid, but my dad used to go out and
00:44 I used to watch him play flag football and he used to police Olympics type things.
00:48 And he would just be talking to himself and he'd be like,
00:50 that dude already think I'm soft, he think I'm weak.
00:52 And I'm like, dad, what the hell are you talking about?
00:54 And I used to ask him, my dad, why are you saying that?
00:56 Did he really say that?
00:57 He was like, I believe he did.
01:00 But like, no, no, no, y'all laughing, but I mean, the mind is powerful.
01:03 So it's like anytime I go out there and I line up against a receiver,
01:06 I line up against somebody, I really feel and
01:08 believe that he don't think I'm good enough.
01:10 So I think for me when I go out there, I'm a punish you one because I know what you,
01:14 I think I know what you thinking.
01:15 So I mean, just for me, that's kind of like the mental warfare that you gotta have
01:20 to stay motivated and I feel like even now, it's like people gonna see me and
01:23 think they gonna earn a check off my name.
01:25 So I mean, for me, it's like, no, that's never it.
01:27 I feel like people still don't think I'm good enough.
01:30 And I mean, the way I see it, even the coaching staff,
01:33 they still gotta do a job, they gotta replace me and I'll be damned.
01:35 So I mean, for me, I still got a lot to prove to myself, to any and everybody.
01:40 So I mean, just it's not hard for me to stay motivated.
01:43 I can find motivation a lot.
01:44 I gotta do it again.
01:45 Some people think it's luck.
01:46 So I mean, I gotta do it three years in a row.
01:48 I gotta do it two years in a row.
01:49 So I mean, I know what comes with that.
01:51 And I mean, too, I feel like for me,
01:53 I wanna be able to have a yellow jacket.
01:55 I wanna be the best 33 to wear the jersey.
01:57 So I mean, just for me, I have those type of goals and aspirations.
02:01 And I know with things like that, to get a yellow jacket,
02:04 you gotta be consistently great.
02:06 And I think for me, that's my goal, is to consistently be great,
02:09 to have years like I've had for back to back to back to back seasons.
02:12 So I mean, just for me, I think consistent greatness is my goal from a broad
02:17 perspective, but just as individual goals,
02:20 I feel like that's something I'm gonna have to reset going into the season.
