00:00 Good afternoon everyone.
00:05 Here is our update on the Bagyong Falcon.
00:08 We are experiencing a strong rain in the country,
00:12 especially in Luzon and Visayas due to the heavy rain or Southwest Monsoon.
00:17 Because of the strong Bagyong Falcon, the Southwest Monsoon.
00:21 The Bagyong Falcon is currently in the sea and is 1,205 kilometers away from the center of Luzon.
00:30 The storm is very strong.
00:32 Now, the wind speed is 75 km/h.
00:38 Meanwhile, the wind speed is 90 km/h.
00:43 We expect it to move around 20 km/h.
00:50 As our forecast for the Bagyong Falcon,
00:55 from now until the Philippines area of responsibility,
01:01 the chance of a landfall is low in our country.
01:05 If the movement of the storm does not change,
01:09 we expect the Bagyong Falcon to come out of the sea by Monday night or Tuesday morning.
01:16 In the next three days, we expect the Bagyong Falcon to be stronger.
01:22 And tomorrow afternoon or evening, the Bagyong Falcon will be a typhoon.
01:28 Although the Bagyong Falcon is far from our country,
01:33 we will continue to experience the rainfalls of the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat.
01:39 Today, we expect heavy to intense rainfalls in Zambales, Mbataan, Occidental Mindoro, and Northern Palawan,
01:49 including Calamian, Cuyo, and Calayan Islands.
01:53 Today, we still expect moderate to heavy rains in Metro Manila, Pangasinan, Tarlap, Pampanga, Bulacan, and Antique.

02:15 while moderate to heavy rains in Pangasinan and Northern Palawan, including Calamian, Cuyo, and Calayan Islands.
02:24 On Monday, July 31, we still expect heavy to intense rainfalls in Zambales, Mbataan, and Occidental Mindoro,
02:35 while moderate to heavy rains in Ilocos Region.
02:39 So, to our countrymen in the mentioned areas,
02:44 we should continue to be careful and alert because of the heavy rains that will still affect the flood or landslide.
02:56 Because of the strong winds of Habagat, we still expect high waves, where the high waves will reach up to 4.5 meters.
03:08 The places where the high waves will reach are the Western Seaboard of Luzon, the Western Seaboard of Visayas, and the Southern Seaboard of Southern Luzon.
03:20 So, we should not go to the mentioned areas.
