PAGASA warns storm-enhanced ‘habagat’ may bring heavy rains to S. Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao

Expect a rainy weekend over parts of the country due to the southwest monsoon enhanced by a severe tropical storm with the international name “Bebinca,” the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Thursday afternoon, Sept. 12.
