00:11 At 8.28pm the Fire Service, Police and Ambulances were called to Cedarway in Hayward Seath

00:16 following reports of the suspected hazardous materials.

00:20 In a statement West Sussex Fire and Rescue said "We are currently dealing with a suspected

00:25 hazardous materials incident in Cedarway, Hayward Seath.

00:27 A building has been evacuated as a safety precaution and firefighters are carrying out

00:31 investigations with partners from the police and CCAM.

00:34 The hazard is believed to be confined to one address but have asked for residents that

00:38 live in the area to stay indoors and keep doors and windows shut."

00:43 Police arrested three men in suspicion of attempted murder after a man was stabbed in

00:47 Brighton on Sunday morning.

00:49 Emergency services were called to First Avenue around 2am to report to a man with serious

00:54 He was sent to hospital for treatment and his injuries are not considered to be life
