00:08 Flights that have been suspended flying to London Luton Airport have been diverted to
00:11 Gatwick and other destinations following a huge blaze at the airport's nearby car park
00:15 overnight.
00:16 All flights that have been suspended at the airport are due to a large fire burning at
00:20 the nearby car park overnight on Tuesday.
00:24 Due to the major fire at Luton Airport's T2 Multi-Storey Car Park, a number of flights
00:29 are being diverted to London Gatwick as well as Stansted and Manchester.
00:33 Flights have been halted until 3pm after the fire at the Multi-Storey caused the building
00:36 to suffer a significant structural collapse.
00:41 A 22-year-old man has been discharged from hospital with potentially life-changing facial
00:45 injuries after a stabbing in Brighton, police have said.
00:48 No arrests have yet been made after the attack in Trafalgar Street at about 3.50am on Monday.
00:53 The street was cordoned off as police searched the area following the incident.
