Ingredients-

Achari Gosht curry
2 tbsp Mustard Oil
1 Onion(sliced)
2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
500 gms Mutton
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Salt½ cup
Tomato Purée
2 tsp Pickle Masala Powder
2-3 tbsp Water
2-3 tbsp Curd
1 cup Water
8-10 Bhavnagari Green Chillies(slit & deseeded)
3 tbsp Pickle Masala Powder
2 tbsp Lemon Juice

00:00 Today I'm going to make a delicious mutton recipe called Achari Gosht Curry.
00:13 To begin the recipe, first we'll heat the oil in a pan.
00:21 As the mushroom oil has reached smoking point, I'm going to add sliced onion.
00:26 Cook till they are golden brown in colour.
00:31 As the onion starts sweating, I'm going to add ginger-garlic paste.
00:37 Now cook the ginger-garlic paste till the rawness is gone and onion is golden brown
00:40 in colour.
00:44 As the onion is golden brown in colour, I'm going to add mutton now.
00:52 After adding mutton, I'm going to add red chilli powder, salt.
01:02 Now cook it for at least 2-3 minutes till the mutton starts browning.
01:13 As the mutton colour starts to change, I'm going to add tomato puree.
01:18 And cook it for at least 5 more minutes.
01:29 I have cooked the tomato puree for 5 minutes.
01:31 Now I'm going to add achari masala to it.
01:37 The recipe of achari masala is given in the description below.
01:39 Cook it till the rawness of the masala is gone.
01:42 And to avoid the masala getting burnt, I'm going to add little water.
01:47 Cook it for more 2-3 minutes.
01:54 The rawness of the masala is gone, now I'm going to add curd for richness.
02:01 Now lower the heat and mix it nicely.
02:12 Now I'm going to add water to it.
02:16 Give one final mix.
02:23 And cover and cook it for at least 20 minutes.
02:26 While the mutton is getting cooked, let's prepare our stuffed green chilli which will
02:29 add tanginess and spiciness to the mutton curry.
02:32 For stuffed chilli pickle, I have taken Bhavnagiri Mirch which is also known as pickle chilli.
02:36 I have deseeded it.
02:37 To the pickle masala, I'm going to add lemon juice.
02:43 Mix it nicely.
02:49 The pickle stuffing is ready, let's start stuffing it in the chilli.
02:51 Take little masala in your hand, roll it up and stuff it in the chilli.
03:04 Guys, our achari gosht curry is almost ready.
03:18 Let's add the stuffed green chilli which we made earlier and cook it for at least 2-3
