00:03 Much like the National League wildcard chase, we have seen it change daily here throughout this week
00:08 with a significant series between the Rangers and the Blue Jays.
00:12 What is your assessment on this Thursday?
00:15 Can't believe you'd have the Red Sox on a graphic and not the Marlins.
00:19 I'm gonna get in big trouble on this show after I'm done.
00:21 I'm gonna get a phone call here.
00:24 So I think in the end, my biggest takeaway is look, between Toronto and Seattle, both teams at this point,
00:32 fair to say, are deserving of the wildcard.
00:34 Ben, at the end of the season, there's gonna be one extremely disappointed team
00:40 and it's gonna be either Seattle or Toronto.
00:42 To be 15, 16 games over 500 and not make the postseason with the expanded wildcard,
00:49 I mean, if one of those teams was in the National League, they would have clinched it already at this point.
00:54 So I think it's gonna be a really tough pill to swallow.
00:57 And I understand, well, Craig, what about the Mets?
00:59 What about the Padres? What about the Cardinals?
01:01 I mean, at least they've known for a couple of months they're out.
01:03 There is one team that's gonna have a fantastic record,
01:07 that's gonna have a really hard time playing golf immediately after the season,
01:11 thinking that they should be in it.
01:12 But between Seattle and Toronto, I think close to call.
01:14 And also, look, Texas has had a nice run to put themselves back in a better position as well.
