00:10 Yeah, our expectations have always been the same.
00:22 It's about him getting better each and every week and
00:24 making sure that he's mastering what we're doing from our perspective.
00:28 And being the leader of that unit.
00:30 And I think he's doing a really nice job in the midst of a lot of shit right now
00:33 going on that he's been manning up and he's taking leadership role for these guys.
00:37 So it's been good to see him be able to put it on his shoulders and
00:41 be the guy that wants to help make this thing get right.
00:44 Like I talked about a little bit last week, you play teams that we just played
00:47 against that challenge you with all kind of different scheme and
00:52 alignments and pressures and stuff and like that.
00:54 You talk about a guy who during the week in the preparation getting everybody
01:01 on board on the same page and I think that showed up again this past week where
01:05 that wasn't the issue at all.
01:06 We were doing a really good job.
01:07 He made sure that everybody was on the same page and protection wise when
01:13 you have a new line like that we had last week again for
01:16 them to be able to be on the same page and have their calls and everything like that.
01:19 That was a really good example of him being in control of all that stuff.
01:22 It's the business, right?
01:24 Coach Flues gets the most of it.
01:26 The quarterback's probably number two and
01:28 then it probably goes to me after that from the offensive perspective and
01:31 that's just the way this is.
01:32 That's what we signed up for.
01:34 You gotta have strong shoulders and to be able to handle all that stuff and
01:37 that's part of the business.
