00:06 Work at a Penrhytham Caravan Park featured in ITV's undercover Big Boss has been ruled as unlawful.
00:12 Planning Inspector Zoe Franks has determined that the evacuation of an embankment to create more space for homes at Penrhytham Residential Park off Strickland's Lane was in breach of planning policies.
00:22 She upheld enforcement notices issued by South Ribble Borough Council stating that there have been unauthorised development at the site which is owned by Alfie Best.
00:30 In 2001 he was filmed going undercover as a handyman at the site as part of ITV's undercover Big Boss programme.
00:37 An official opening date has been confirmed for Blackpool's new Fraser's department store in the Hounds Hill Shopping Centre.

01:09 The rebranding work, the first in Eden's history, refreshes the project's visual identity and aims to reinforce its position as a leading voice in the environmental movement.
01:17 The new branding has been designed in preparation for the Eden Project's expansion into new locations including Morecambe and Dundee
01:24 which will enable a more streamlined approach to co-branding with partner organisations.
01:29 Work has started on a £1.6 million levelling up refurbishment which will breathe new life into the Pendle Hippodrome Theatre in Cone.
01:37 The year-long programme of work will ensure that the new Market Street Theatre meets modern needs while retaining its period features and original charm.
01:44 The project, funded by the Government's levelling up money, involves alterations to the ground and first floor of the former historic Derby Arms Public House
01:51 including the installation of three passenger lifts and the redevelopment of the existing theatre's foyer, box office and toilet areas.
01:58 And unbelievably, one of Wigan's favourite pie shops has closed its doors.
02:03 Muffin Man's Beach Hill outlet has shut following the premises requiring additional work to be done.
02:08 Having begun trading in 1977, it had gained a reputation providing hot pies for more than a reasonable price

02:18 But fear not as three branches remain open and pastries and sweet treats can still be bought from the Billings, Shevington and Park Road branches.
02:26 Phew! In the weather, a fresh start to Thursday will stay dry and bright throughout the day with plenty of sunny spells.
02:32 Friday will bring a wet start with outbreaks of rain, heavy at times through the morning but becoming much drier, brighter and fresher during the afternoon with the odd shower.
