00:00 The National Task Force for the West Philippine Sea and other countries have issued a
00:04 dangerous ban and banning the China Coast Guard and Chinese maritime militia
00:10 from the Philippine resupply mission in Ayungin Shoal.
00:12 China is legally and legally allowed to block the Philippine ships.
00:18 In spite of the incident, according to our government,
00:21 the resupply mission in the BRP Sierra Madre in Ayungin Shoal was successful.
00:26 We have first news from Mav Gonzalez.
00:28 The ship was not only a few meters away,
00:34 but the ship was really close and the ship was already docked.
00:39 The Chinese Coast Guard and the Philippines' Onayza May 2
00:43 were sent to Ayungin Shoal according to the National Task Force for the West Philippine Sea.
00:48 Because of the dangerous, irresponsible and illegal actions of China,
00:52 it prevented the crew of Onayza May 2.
00:55 Even the Philippine Coast Guard's ship was blocked.
00:58 But instead of the China Coast Guard, the Chinese maritime militia vessel was the one to block them.
01:03 In spite of this, according to the NTF, the routine rotation and resupply or RORE mission was successful
01:09 because the supply was able to deliver to the BRP Sierra Madre in Ayungin Shoal,
01:13 another vessel of Onayza May 1.
01:16 According to the International Advocacy Group, Sea Light,
01:19 they have been monitoring the West Philippine Sea for a long time and they just saw this vessel.
01:25 This one in terms of how close the ships came to one another
01:28 and actually the fact that they were actually, you know, they actually touched one another
01:32 on at least two occasions that we know of,
01:34 is certainly marking a serious escalation on China's part.
01:40 According to the China Coast Guard,
01:42 their blockade of the Philippine maritime vehicles is legal, fair and professional.
01:48 They are transporting illegal construction materials
01:51 in a warship that is being hijacked in the South China Sea.
01:55 The Philippine ships are dangerous and dangerous to those who have been home to the coast.
02:01 That's why the Philippine ships are to be blamed.
02:04 According to the National Task Force for the West Philippine Sea,
02:07 this is a violation of the sovereignty of the Philippines, the United Nations, UNCLOS,
02:12 and the regulations of various international organizations and our 2016 Arbitral Award.
02:18 The Philippines also expressed its support to the United States, Canada and the European Union
02:23 and called on China to comply with international law.
02:26 This is the first news.
