Ingredients:
1 ltr Full Fat Milk
1 tbsp Vinegar + 2 tbsp Water
Water
4-5 Processed Cheese (cubes)
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
Salt (as per taste)
Basil Leaves
Dill Leaves (chopped)
Parsley (chopped)
8-10 Pickled Jalapenos (chopped)
A pinch of Pepper Powder
Olive Oil
Fresh Herbs Leaves (for garnish)

00:00 Here's a spread that you cannot miss.
00:01 It's a perfect accompaniment with Bagels, Toast and Crackers.
00:05 So let's see the recipe for Herbed and Garlic Cream Cheese.
00:09 I'm going to make this recipe from scratch.
00:11 So I'm going to make Homemade Cream Cheese.
00:14 For that I'm going to boil 1 litre of Full Fat Milk.
00:17 The milk is coming to a boil.
00:20 Give it a stir.
00:21 Let the milk cool down for at least about 2-3 minutes.
00:29 I've taken 1 tbsp of Vinegar here.
00:31 Now into this I'm going to add in 2 tbsp of Water.
00:34 You need not add the entire quantity of Vinegar and Water.
00:39 Just add a little at a time.
00:41 Give it a stir.
00:44 And make sure do not stir vigorously.
00:47 The milk is curdled beautifully.
00:49 And there are nice and big lumps of the Cream Cheese.
00:53 Let's strain it through a muslin cloth.
00:58 Just rinse the curdled Cheese with Water.
01:03 To get rid of any excess acidity from the Vinegar.
01:08 And also it cools it down.
01:10 Let's bring everything together.
01:12 And squeeze all the Water out.
01:15 Let the Cream Cheese cool down slightly.
01:20 And now time to make the Garlic and Herbed Cream Cheese.
01:23 So let's remove this bowl.
01:26 And place it in the blender.
01:28 For some extra cheesy flavour.
01:30 You can add any Cheese of your choice.
01:32 So I'm adding Processed Cheese.
01:34 A tbsp of Garlic.
01:37 Add in a little bit of Salt.
01:39 Here we have a perfect smooth spread.
01:45 Let's remove it in a bowl.
01:48 To flavour this spread, I'm going to add a few Herbs.
01:54 You can use at least a good 3-4 different kinds of Herbs.
01:57 Like Basil, Parsley, Chives, Rosemary, Oregano.
02:01 Whatever is easily available for you.
02:03 So first I'm going to add in some Basil Leaves.
02:06 Do not chop the Basil Leaves.
02:09 Just tear it into small bits.
02:12 With your hands.
02:13 Some finely chopped Dill.
02:16 Some finely chopped Parsley.
02:19 8-10 Pickled Jalapenos finely chopped.
02:23 A pinch of Pepper Powder.
02:25 And now give this a good mix.

02:30 And now we can add in the Cream Cheese.
02:33 Add in the Cream Cheese.
02:35 And mix it well.
02:37 Now we can add in the Herbs.
