00:04 The cold or north east monsoon has weakened and it is not affecting the country.

00:10 This sheer line is the only thing that is affecting a large part of the Northern Rizon.

00:17 That's why in a large part of the Northern Rizon, we will experience a rainy season.

00:23 Meanwhile, we are not being monitored by a new low pressure area or typhoon in the Pacific Ocean,

00:31 especially in the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:36 On this day, we will experience a cloudy sky with a chance of scattered rain and thunderstorms

00:46 in Cagayan, Sabela, Apayau, and also in Batanes and Ilocos Norte.

00:53 Meanwhile, this cold part of the Rizon, as well as the whole of Cabizayaan and Mindanao,

01:01 will be a beautiful and sunny time,

01:04 where it will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies.

01:09 On the other hand, we will experience a sunny day.

01:13 But there is still a chance of localized thunderstorms,

01:17 where it will give a brief rain or sudden rain.

01:23 Today, we still do not have a gain warning,

01:28 that's why it is still safe for us to go out to the whole province.

01:33 We just need to be more careful due to the thunderstorms.

01:39 In the weather outlook in the following places, from tomorrow until Monday next week,

01:45 we will still experience a beautiful and sunny time,

01:50 where we will still experience a partly cloudy sky to cloudy skies.
