Marvin Harrison Jr. looks like the best bet for the Chicago Bears in the 2024 NFL Draft or for any team who wants a generational talent.

00:00 With no game this weekend we can look ahead a little bit, well quite a bit, to the NFL
00:13 draft.
00:14 Thanks to the Carolina Panthers, the Bears right now are sitting in the first position
00:19 again just like last year.
00:23 So with the first pick of the draft, the Bears take the one truly elite player in this entire
00:27 draft and that is Marvin Harrison Jr., the wide receiver from Ohio State.
00:34 Harrison has blazing speed to go with his 6'4" 205 pound frame.
00:40 He makes the one handed catch as easily as he makes the two handed catch.
00:45 Put him in an offense with DJ Moore and it's doubtful defenses will know who to cover.
00:57 Then with the fifth pick in round one, the Bears take tackle Olu Fisanov of Penn State,
01:03 the Lion King, 6'6" 319, hands down the best offensive lineman in the draft.
01:09 You know they have Braxton Jones and they also have Darnell Wright now.
01:14 Well you can always find a way to get somebody like Olu into the lineup.
01:19 He would be the starter, left tackle.
01:21 You definitely have to find something else to do with Braxton Jones.
01:24 They could trade him even.
01:26 Your quarterback should never be blindsided again if you draft him.
01:32 Round three, number 69, center Zach Frazier from West Virginia, 6'2" 310.
01:38 It's a reach here a little bit taking him this high in the third round, but he was the
01:42 best available center.
01:44 Jackson Powers Johnson of Oregon was the target actually, but he was taken before this.
01:50 You know the Bears wouldn't have a problem drafting a center if they had a second round
01:54 pick for they traded away.
01:57 Frazier has proven himself as a blocker, as a former guard who converted to center and
02:01 he's done it long enough now that he's good at snapping the ball.

03:21 This is a five round draft, not a seven round draft.
03:25 Those last two rounds don't mean much anyway, but that's more for later on in the offseason.
03:30 In this one, round five, number 142, linebacker Jumaane "Dumas" Johnson of Georgia.
03:39 He played a big part in the 2021 and 22 seasons, been slowed a bit by injury this year, but
03:45 at 6'1", 235, he's a linebacker with speed, 17 tackles for loss, 125 total tackles to
03:53 go with the interception return for a touchdown.
