Recipe to prepare "Sprouted Omelette":

Ingredients:
2 tsp refined oil
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
2 tsp finely chopped onion
1 green chilli, finely chopped
150 gms sprouts
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 eggs
salt to taste

Method:
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
Add in garlic and ginger; saute well.
Add onion, and saute until transparent.
Add green chilli, and mix well.
Add sprouts and mix well.
Add turmeric powder and garam masala; stir for a while.
Take a bowl, and break in the eggs. Add salt and beat well. Add in 2-3 tbsp cooked sprouts, and beat again.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, and spread it evenly.
Beat the egg mixture again, and pour it in the pan.
Turn the flame low, and cover the pan to let cook for a minute.
Uncover, and flip the omelette to other side.
Cover the pan again to let cook for half a minute.
Uncover, and plate it.
Sprouted Omelette is ready to serve.

00:15 We will use sprouts in this. We will make a full of protein dish.

00:44 First of all, take a pan and add a little oil.
