00:00 A Madrasa teacher in Sikh Kedah has been arrested on suspicion of beating an 8-year-old pupil
00:08 with a PVC pipe, resulting in bruises and swelling to the body.
00:13 Sikh Police Chief Abdul Razak Osman said the 27-year-old suspect was released on Thursday
00:19 having been bailed by a guarantor with legal representation.
