00:03 Okay then Sam, so what's been done as part of the half million pound refurbishment of the venue?
00:21 So I mean part of the refurbishment we've had a lick of paint, we've had new tables added,
00:26 we've had the whole restaurant has changed, it's more homely, it's more welcoming,
00:31 more welcoming for all the guests that are coming to Toby Carvery Washington.
00:35 I understand there's some additions to the menu as well?
00:37 Yes, so we've got new additions such as the tomato tartar tarn, which is vegetarian,
00:43 and we've also got a vegan option as well.
00:45 We've got the ultimate Toby sandwich, which is all year meats topped with Yorkshire pudding and pigs and blankets.
00:52 And what's been the reaction of people coming in so far?
00:54 I mean the reaction's been great so far, we've just opened but from what I've gathered
00:59 everyone seems really happy with all the changes that have been made.
