00:00 Today we are going to make a nice dinner special -
00:02 Chilli Garlic Rosemary Chicken.
00:04 So let's start cooking.
00:05 To prepare the dish, first we'll marinate the chicken.
00:15 For that, I'm going to rub some salt and pepper on the chicken.
00:28 Once done on one side, I'm going to turn the chicken.
00:30 And we'll follow the same step.
00:32 Now that the marination is done, let's pan sear the chicken.
00:40 For that, I'm going to switch on the gas.
00:41 Add oil.
00:45 Once the oil heats up, we'll start putting in the chicken.
00:49 I'm going to pan sear this chicken on both sides till they get golden brown in colour.
01:03 Now that our chicken is pan seared, I'm going to remove it on the board.
01:17 I'm going to use the same pan for the sauce as it has remaining juice of the chicken.
01:21 Which will give nice flavour to the sauce.
01:23 To the pan, I'm going to add some butter.
01:25 As the butter starts melting, I'm going to add chopped garlic.
01:30 Chopped red chilli.
01:32 Lemon slices.
01:34 To the pan, I'm going to add some water.
01:43 To the pan, I'm going to add sliced mushroom.
01:47 Now I'm going to add little white wine.
01:58 With wine to add more flavour, I'm going to add rosemary.
02:04 Now we'll add the chicken.
02:10 Now we'll add the mushroom.
02:11 Now I'm going to add some stock into the chicken.
02:20 And cover it and cook it for at least 10 minutes.
02:27 The chicken is now ready.
02:33 Now we'll prepare the sides and then we'll do the plating.
02:36 For the sides, I'm going to take a pan.
02:39 Add oil.
02:40 And once the oil gets hot, I'm going to add in chopped garlic.
02:45 Once the garlic gets little golden brown, I'm going to add some spinach.
02:49 As the spinach starts shrinking, I'm going to add in cherry tomato.
03:07 And season them with salt and pepper.
03:33 So there you go guys, our dinner special is now ready.
