01:10 It's a vegetable that's been battered and deep-fried in coconut oil.

01:54 So we devised a product that would be an alternative to Chicharon Bulaklak
02:00 because it's one of our favorite vegetables.
02:03 Last May 2023, they were chosen as the one-town-one product of Dasmarinas.
02:08 To make this, they have a special mix of dry and wet batter.
02:14 It's deep-fried in coconut oil and placed in a spinner to remove the excess oil.
02:19 It has a shelf life of 6 months and can be purchased for P150 per pack.
