00:10 Yeah, I think Ballarat is, it's changed so much from when I was younger and I think we
00:17 came back from Mildura because of the closeness to Melbourne, being able to get on the train
00:23 and go to the football.
00:25 Ballarat these days with food and with events and things for our kids, the schooling is
00:30 excellent.
00:31 We've had our kids go through primary and secondary Catholic schooling and had lots
00:36 of success there.
00:37 So I think it's just a place where you've got everything on your doorstep.
00:42 Look, I think the options and the choice of where to go each night for dinner if you wanted
00:48 to eat out.
00:49 I think the restaurants that you used to find in Melbourne that you would look forward to
00:54 going to, I think now in Ballarat you have everything you need in terms of beautiful
00:57 bars and places to catch up with friends for a drink or to take the family out for dinner.
01:03 The events, things like Somersault and the concerts and all of those sorts of things
01:08 that Ballarat offers, I think it's just, yeah, a beautiful place to raise a family.
01:14 Oh I think the city is growing so much, which is fantastic.
01:18 So I think that increase in culture, food culture, events, things to do with families,
01:25 hopefully the connection to Melbourne is stronger and the rail network is also faster in terms
01:31 of getting to Melbourne I think is really helpful.
01:34 I think schools, obviously growth with schools.
01:36 We've got so many young people now being brought up in Ballarat and that growth is huge.
01:41 So hopefully in 10 years time some more schooling options as well for families.
01:45 Yeah.
01:46 Thank you.
01:47 Thank you.
01:48 Thank you.
