00:10 I think God made only one Devin Hester.
00:13 I don't think we'll ever see another player like Devin Hester again.
00:18 I know I probably won in my time.
00:20 Some people may, maybe our kids' kids or somebody will, but
00:24 the impact that he's had on the game and
00:28 the way he changed the game is just when you really go back and study it.
00:32 It's unbelievable.
00:35 And I don't ever think that you'll see a player change their position the way
00:40 he changed his position.
00:42 What makes Devin special is he was kickoff return, he was punt return,
00:46 he returned field goal returns on monster kicks.
00:49 Like he's just off the charts great, just greatness.
00:55 When you talk about greatness, and
00:56 I think every special teams coach in the NFL feels that way.
01:00 So he made it to where you could not watch fourth down, you had to watch it.
01:07 Preparing for Hester back when he was rocking and
01:12 rolling was extremely tough.
01:14 It changed the type of punters we have in the game now,
01:20 because now they have to be more directional.
01:22 He cost a lot of coaches a lot of sleep.
01:25 It was tough to try to keep the ball away from him on punt and on kickoff.
01:32 And just the way the rules have changed,
01:35 I'm glad that Devin was here before the rules change so
01:41 that the whole world can appreciate how special his talent really was.
01:45 The rules have impacted that on kickoff for sure.
