00:19 Today I am going to make a mushroom dish
00:22 You must have eaten a lot of mushroom variants
00:24 But this is a different type of variant
00:27 We have named it as Dahi Wale Mushroom
00:29 This dish will be spicy, sour and a little sweet
00:34 We will add all the flavours in one dish
00:37 And that too with mushroom
00:38 So what all ingredients are required to make Dahi Wale Mushroom
00:41 I will tell you
00:42 I have taken 100 gm of mushroom
00:44 I have washed and chopped them into small pieces
00:48 Apart from this we are using curd, tomato, cumin powder, coriander leaves for garnishing
00:55 For a little sweetness we will add sugar, green chilli for spiciness
01:01 Little red chilli, little black chilli
01:03 We will add in a very small quantity
01:05 Along with that we will use all the normal spices that we use in Indian cuisine
01:09 In small quantities
01:11 Oil and onions
01:12 So our oil is heated
01:15 First of all we will add mushroom
01:18 And till the time these mushrooms are cooking
01:20 We have to beat the curd
01:22 If we don't beat the curd properly
01:24 When we will use it, the curd will get spoiled
01:27 Which we don't want
01:29 Mushroom has a lot of moisture
01:31 You can see that there is a lot of moisture
01:34 Along with that I will add a little sugar
01:36 It will caramelize it
01:41 We have to add very little, less than half a spoon
01:45 And at the same time we will add in this tomato
01:50 This is a tomato and we will let it dry
01:54 Till then we have to prepare the curd masala
01:58 In curd we will add a little black salt, little black chilli, little red chilli, little cumin powder
02:06 We are adding about 1/4 teaspoon of all these
02:09 Along with that we will add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder and 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
02:17 And we have to mix it all properly
02:21 Keep stirring it in between
02:24 I will add a little black pepper in this too
02:28 Black pepper gives a very good flavor to the mushroom
02:32 We will take out the mushroom
02:38 Now we will add a little more oil in it
02:42 And we will add 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds in it
02:47 Let the cumin seeds crackle a little
02:50 And now we will add a finely chopped onion in it
02:54 Let the onion cook a little
02:57 We will add green chilli in it as per taste
03:01 Which you like more spicy
03:03 So now our onion is cooked
03:05 Now on high flame
03:07 We have to add the curd mixture that we prepared
03:12 And we have to stir it continuously while adding it
03:15 Otherwise the curd will burst
03:18 So now we will add the curd mixture in it
03:21 And you have to stir it continuously while adding it
03:26 On high flame
03:28 Because the curd will release its water suddenly
03:31 If we keep stirring it continuously, it will come in liquid form
03:34 And it will start getting thick
03:37 So now you can see the curd is mixed properly
03:43 And it has not burst
03:45 And the spices in it must have also cooked
03:48 And you will see the oil on the side
03:50 That means the oil has separated
03:52 That means the curd and spices are cooked
03:57 Now we will add the cooked mushroom and tomatoes in it
04:04 And just mix it
04:11 And let it cook for a little more time
04:14 So that the flavor of the mushroom comes in the gravy
04:18 So our mushrooms are cooked well
04:20 Now we have to serve it
04:22 So let's take a bowl
04:24 And our curd mushroom
04:31 So the different variant of mushroom is ready
04:35 Curd Mushroom
04:37 Do try it, it is very different
04:39 It is very tasty
