00:00 Dallas Cowboys receiver Steven Lamb has etched himself into the history books here at the
00:05 star Dallas Cowboys headquarters. How would you grade his season so far? Remember, first of all,
00:11 after the 49er game when he kind of pouted and the head coach Mike McCarthy and Dak Prescott
00:17 both went to him and said, you know, that doesn't help. If you got an issue, just come to us. Just
00:22 come to me. We'll work it out. But you know, he wore his emotion on his sleeve that day. I think
00:26 he's matured since that day. Shortly thereafter, he was a little bit misquoted. This is nobody's
00:31 fault. Remember when after he had a great game and he said, he said, I'm the best receiver in the NFL.
00:37 But he actually said, I'm one of the best. But it kind of the words got kind of mumbled jumbled.
00:42 Well, you know what? Maybe he was right the first time. If you look at his numbers and then do the
00:48 eye test. And again, he he's he's maybe he might be the best player on the second best team in the
00:56 NFC and maybe the third best team in football. He's doing all the same things and more that Tyreek
01:00 Hill is doing in Miami. Different, totally different kind of player. Yeah. And we've been
01:06 talking about Tyreek Hill as an MVP candidate. So Mike, Michael Parsons is not going to probably
01:13 get MVP votes. I don't think he's going to win defensive player of the year quite possibly.
01:17 Dak Prescott deserves MVP votes, although that seems like that's Lamar Jackson territory. Don't
01:22 you agree? I agree. But or Josh Allen, if he gets the bills deep in the playoffs. Josh Allen. And
01:28 we've got to you've got to win Sunday, put up big numbers. And of course, the MVP is decided on the
01:33 regular season. Right. And then then the bills, the bills are scary. They're scary in a good way.
01:40 The Ravens are scary in a good way. The Texans are kind of scary. They really are surprisingly
01:46 scary. It would be I think it's a gigantic surprise that the Texans have made this kind
01:50 of turnaround. But yeah, once they get there, they don't know they're not supposed to be there now.
01:54 Led by C.J. Stroud and a handful of looks like he's been there before. Absolutely. And handles
02:00 himself that way. Yeah. So there's another there's another leap to be made. But C.D. Lam deserves
02:07 attention in the MVP conversation and is a first team all pro. And that is inarguable.
