New ownership of The Bo Peep pub in St Leonards. The new owners are Nick Nesbit, Cassie Newman, Gemma and Pete Crabtree.

00:00 We took over the Bo Peep on the 15th of December, the four of us, there's me and Gemma and our

00:06 partners Pete and Nick. Pete and Nick have drunk here for... ever. So they know the pub

00:15 really well. We took over just before Christmas so we've had a bit of a whirlwind coming to

00:20 the new year and hoping to settle in now and start to make it our own. So what works here

00:26 at the Bo Peep works really well. The previous landlords built a really good business so

00:31 we're just going to follow that. We will be making small changes to put our own stamp

00:35 on it but not changing anything too drastically. We might change the menu slightly. Going forward

00:42 we have now made the pub dog friendly so in the public bar you can bring your dog in.

00:48 We've also got the courtyard out the back which is really nice in the summer for bringing

00:53 your dog along too as well. And then big big future plans are to start doing bed and breakfast

01:01 upstairs but that's a little way off at the moment. We also have got a new Facebook and

01:07 Instagram page so you can follow us on any events that we've got coming up. We will be

01:11 having bingo nights, quiz nights and bringing a little bit more live music to the Bo Peep

01:17 as well. And showing lots of live sport which we're also advertising on the Facebook page

01:24 to let you know what's going to be on. So it's a family pub, children are welcome here

01:30 and we have children in our families and we just want to keep it that way. And a pub should

01:35 always be the centre of a community, that's what the Bo Peep has always been and that's

01:40 what we want to continue with.
