00:31 And I love the camaraderie, you know,
00:34 the relationships that we built.
00:35 And you can certainly see the progress.
00:37 So yeah, I feel good about it.
00:38 I would just say that I'm a small piece of a group,
00:41 you know, so the whole group gets credit for that.
00:46 And to me, that's, you know, morale starts with one person,
00:50 with one person's light that comes out,
00:53 one person's heart, one person's mind, one person's spirit.
00:56 And that's where it starts.
00:58 And then you join those types of people together,
01:01 and guess what?
01:02 It's something special.
01:03 And that's what we're most proud of in the building.
01:06 It starts with one person.
01:07 And the first rule of leadership is leading yourself.
01:10 And that's making sure your mindset's right.
01:12 Your spirit's right. - That's a good question.
01:13 And you have to have a foundation.
01:14 Like, what do you stand on?
01:16 You know, so I think that's a great fundamental question
01:17 for really everybody.
01:18 You know, you say, okay, what do you stand on?
01:21 And if it's solid ground, okay,
01:23 and it's based on fundamentals and based on hard work,
01:26 you know, and based on somebody having, you know,
01:28 the dedication and the joy to come to work every day,
01:32 those good things are gonna happen.
01:33 You know, if you keep doing right, right things will happen.
01:35 And that's the foundation we stand on.
01:37 So to me, it wasn't hard to do at all,
01:41 because I really believe in our systems, you know,
01:44 and I believe in the Chicago Bears
01:46 and where we're going in the future.
01:47 - Yeah, like I said the other day,
01:49 it's everything that's on the rise.
01:50 You know, we feel really good about where we are,
01:52 but, you know, every team is different.
01:53 You know, you cannot, you know,
01:56 you have to lace up your shoes
01:57 and start from the beginning every single year.
02:00 You know, so again, that's gonna be for the future.
02:02 That's where it is, but that's what our mindset always is.
02:04 Every team's different.
02:05 This team's different than the last year's team.
02:07 Next year's team's gonna be different than this year's team.
02:10 And you have to start from the beginning.
02:13 And, you know, we'll get going on that, you know,
02:15 as we start evaluating this season, you know, next week.
