00:08 >> Yeah, it's really about converting on those critical downs.
00:13 That's what it's about.
00:14 When you get to midfield, you have third downs and
00:19 fourth down tries in that part of the field, you gotta convert.
00:21 You have to convert on those, and that gets you into the scoring zone.
00:25 And when you're in the scoring zone, you either can hit from the fringe,
00:28 which we've done before with some really nice plays to DJ during the course of the year,
00:32 I think back on.
00:33 But then you gotta be good in the critical downs down there.
00:36 And that's where we fell short today.
00:38 If you look at the third downs on both sides of the ball,
00:40 they were able to sustain drives because of those conversions.
00:43 And they stopped us because of our inability to convert.
00:47 And it's always gonna come down to that.
00:49 That's why people spend all that time on those 13 or 14 plays or
00:53 10 plays that you get during the course of the game.
00:55 We devote almost a whole day to those.
00:58 And everybody does.
01:00 And it's so important.
01:01 Like I said before, we haven't had those meetings yet.
01:04 And again, I welcome those meetings.
01:05 We're gonna have those here.
01:06 What we're doing tomorrow, and tomorrow is strictly just, and
01:09 that's what I really know right now, is tomorrow we're gonna do
01:13 the exit interviews with the players.
01:14 And we did it last year.
01:16 And Ryan and I sit in my office, and it's ten minutes a piece.
01:20 And we go from 7 in the morning until 4 in the afternoon.
01:23 And we get feedback on every aspect of the program,
01:27 all the systems that we have in place relative to the performance staff,
01:31 to the weight staff, to the trainers.
01:32 I'll have those conversations with ownership here coming forward.
01:37 So it'll be midweek in there somewhere, I'm sure, when we set the schedule.
01:41 And again, our focus is tomorrow, is for the exit meetings for the players.
01:46 Yeah, when you look at those, they're always gonna be one of those things, right?
01:52 We put our players in position as coaches.
01:55 When it doesn't work, you as a play call, you have to look at that.
01:59 Did I put our best players in position in coverage in that particular play,
02:04 in the kicking game?
02:05 Did I put them in the right spot to be able to make the play?
02:07 And then you look at the execution side of it.
02:10 Was it executed well based on the play design, based on the coverage,
02:14 based on a multitude of things?
02:15 So I think you have to look at all of it, all encompassing.
02:18 It's not just one or the other.
02:20 Yeah, obviously, when you look at the numbers, I would say that it didn't,
02:24 because we're at the bottom tenth of the league or bottom third of that league.
02:27 I think 27, I think it was last time.
02:29 But so obviously, that needs to improve.
02:31 And the passing offense runs through our skilled players, right?
02:37 Which is Cole, Cole had a lot of really good season and so did DJ.
02:40 So we're certainly excited about that.
02:43 And we got some good shots on the field from Justin.
02:45 He made some good connections with DJ and Cole this year.
02:49 And again, we just gotta continue to improve that.
