00:00 Etraphis is an agri-food company.
00:03 We produce cereals, tuberculums, non-baked products and we also make juice.
00:10 For example, the white corn that we use to make corn juice,
00:19 there are several varieties that we can use.
00:22 But the color has to be bright.
00:24 So we have to select the right raw material before we start.
00:29 After that, everything is verified.
00:32 We start sorting and cleaning.
00:37 Everything you see here in this transformation,
00:40 it's the hand that initiated it.
00:42 I never made a rope, but it's laid, it's lifted, it's made, it's sown.
00:47 And I've never had such a practical training.
00:50 For example, I have a terminal level.
00:54 I did the BAC, I didn't have an idea.
00:56 So now I have trained.
00:58 I have a tuberculous CQP.
01:01 In 2007, my mother had the award of the month at BOMA.
01:04 She won several awards at the SNC in culinary arts.
01:07 And she even won awards at the CIO.
01:10 As our existence is changing, it is a chain that evolves.
01:14 Parents to children.
01:16 We have been able to innovate by making corn juice.
01:27 It also allows us to win and our consumers are satisfied.
01:34 In general, we can consume a month's worth of corn.
01:39 It can be half a ton or a quarter of a ton.
01:43 It can be a thousand bottles.
01:46 People are also interested in seeing what we do when we make corn nectar.
01:51 It's the corn we use.
01:53 There is white corn that we use to make corn juice.
01:56 There are several varieties that we can use.
01:59 But the color must be bright.
02:01 I have heard so much about the Etrafissa structure.
02:12 Especially about the transformation of their multiple products.
02:15 And that's what really motivated me to come and follow my internship.
02:19 To learn about the transformation of different food products.
02:24 I come every month to buy corn juice from Mr. Traoré.
02:29 I think the product is of high quality.
02:31 And above all, it's natural.
02:33 It values our artisans.
02:35 It's a way to value our local products through this juice.
02:40 An entrepreneur must not be passionate about what he does.
02:44 When you are passionate, there are many things you don't look at.
02:48 The primary goal is to succeed, to move forward and to do new things.
02:54 So that people can benefit from it and that they can gain something in return.
02:59 When you have this idea in mind, it allows you to strengthen your personal development.
