00:00 Well, Michelle, Tony, more than 2,000 flights were canceled across the country today.
00:05 As the Midwest was pummeled by snow, Chicago O'Hare International Airport and Midway International
00:10 are seeing the highest number of cancellations in the U.S.
00:13 A ground stop was issued at O'Hare this morning due to snow and ice, and the South and Northeast
00:18 are also bracing for rough weather this weekend.
00:20 So with that here, you can take a look at what's going on.
00:23 If you're traveling, another storm.
00:24 There's going to be a nasty travel setup Saturday in Portland, Oregon, with some ice
00:30 there.
00:31 Here it comes north.
00:32 We've got a lot going on out there.
00:33 Now, Seattle, you're going to be okay.
00:34 This storm stays to your south and it passes north of L.A., but San Francisco, we're going
00:37 to talk about that.
00:38 Major travel delays still likely in Chicago tomorrow, especially in the morning as the
00:42 back edge of snow moves back in and through.
00:45 Wind is a concern in Dallas and Atlanta, afternoon in Dallas, morning in Atlanta.
00:49 Scattered thunderstorms into Miami.
00:50 It's going to be breezy in New York, but again, also some light snow in and around
00:54 Minneapolis.
00:55 This is a pretty nasty setup, though, for ice and snow in Portland, Oregon.
00:58 That's another big story here on Saturday.
01:00 Just so many big stories right now.
01:02 Rain, snow mix in Reno, mainly snow in the afternoon into Boise.
01:05 Still accumulating snow into Salt Lake City.
01:08 Again, widespread rain will slow some of you down in the Bay Area and especially points
01:13 north into the north central U.S.
01:15 Snow and wind into Minneapolis.
01:18 Light snow there.
01:19 A chilly, biting breeze there with some minor wind concerns into Bismarck.
01:23 We're going to have wind into Omaha.
01:25 Also windy in the afternoon.
01:26 Just a tremendous drop in temperature here.
01:29 Also breezy in the afternoon, as mentioned, in Dallas.
01:31 In the southeast, again, winds are a main concern into Nashville, Raleigh, and Atlanta.
01:35 Miami can see some thunderstorms.
01:36 But we do have some snow out there.
01:38 Again, wrapping up the accumulating snow in Chicago, but still some snow showers and flurries
01:41 and snowflakes darting through the air there into Columbus, Ohio at times.
01:46 And we're going to have a nasty, icy mix in Bangor, Maine.
01:50 Wind is the concern yet again down I-95.
01:52 So a couple of minor flight delays there.
01:54 But we're looking at a lot of cancellations with this storm still impacting the U.S.
01:57 Michelle?
